This is the second time I used All American Moving and this is the second time they provided great service! From Arlin, who was very nice and accommodating to the 2 guys that came to do the move. They were very professional and efficient! They helped with packing some of the last minute items and...
Today was moving day, they were due to arrive between 8 and 11 am. It is now after 3 pm and they have not even called. I can't reach anyone. Not sure what to do now. My plane leaves in four days and now I have to find someone to move my house.
EVERYTHING.. They were rude and wasn't even helpful to move the furniture into the proper rooms. They damaged the bed frame, scratched it up, it's not even properly put together and pieces are missing.. Then one of the guys asked to charge his phone and when he did, he went and stood in the back doo...

Do not use this company, they are horrible with scheduling and communication. The movers refused to unpack, as they are obligated to by their contract. I have used eight different moving companies and have always had a great experience, this one was atrocious
They do not deliver as promised!First they try to charge more than the quote.Don't show up on time as promised.Dispatcher just wants to make excuses and argue!Pathetic
